Title. I am having a minor issue with uploading my profile picture and profile banner on lemm.ee and I don’t really know why. Same browser, I was able to upload to beehaw and kbin.social no problem. Might be a bug in the profile edit page?
When I try uploading a profile picture and select a file, the page returns a JSON error: which funnily enough, I don’t get when uploading an image to a regular post.

    I also had an un-understandable error when trying to upload an image that was over the 100kb limit. But that wasn’t this error if I remember well.

    As Rezioz mentioned, try reducing the file size to under 100kb either by reducing the quality or the size. I had the same problem, and doing that solved it.

    Had the same problem. I just changed the file name until it worked lol.
