I have not found a way to bypass Larian Studios launcher in launch options but you can make a shortcut to the exe directly.
I have yet to have any issues with the 50ish games I have played on Proton.

There are games and software that check a server to see if you are entitled to use it when you run it. If that server goes down or they geo block you, or ban you then you may not use the game or software you purchased (unless you crack/pirate it).
I miss flash games.

They are starting to delete the data associated to Google accounts that have not signed in in several years. This includes their YouTube videos. I have started downloading the videos from creators that have passed that I still wish to watch.
