Let’s say you are a real person and are having this problem. First, congrats on making it to a setting that exposes you to a large number of peers from all kinds of socioeconomic backgrounds.

No matter how much money I have in my life, I think I will insist on sending my kids to public school. That’s what I did for all my life and I turned out fine. Just being exposed to everyone else will really help in maturing and having broad life experiences.

It’s not the same effect. Then the sauce will be salted, and the pasta will maybe absorb some of that salt.

But, in my opinion, that’s an inelegant solution.

I personally do not want any more salt in the pasta sauce than what’s already in there. I do, however, want my pasta to take in a little salt from the water.

Started a new position last Monday. I’m very happy with the role actually, but it seems so hard to find actual training. I really shouldn’t complain, I’m not assigned much work currently or in the near future.

Just would be nice to have a better idea of the day-to-day, however.

I do remember loving odwalla, specifically the carrot juice. But this was more than a decade ago, when I was still in high school.

Never remember them rebranding as naked juice. Although I do remember picking up naked juice on two separate occasions wondering how the taste would be. Two times was enough to learn the taste wasn’t worth the price.

People are really overblowing the price. As other ppl have mentioned, lemmy is less than a fraction of the user base of reddit.

The 4x price increase isn’t crazy. Devs need to make a living. I talk to Lj every now and then on Discord. Dude has been scrambling since the Reddit shut down to get out a working product. I really don’t think it’s price gouging to spend 20$ for an app I’ll be using for maybe 30-mins to an hour almost every single day.
