your vocabulary is fine. your active vocabulary needs to grow. that’s why you can passively understand most of what you read and hear. your production of the language is what you need to improve.
that’s practice. Speak as much as you can.

no. you cannot tolerate the intolerant.
Currently I torrent books (legally of course) and then send the e-pub book to my kindle through the Kindle app. works a treat.
now I just have to find the attention span to read a book

Because now the parents have to provide proper care for the children. it’s a way to involve the parents.
it fails if the parents are not involved in their kids lives or are just struggling to make ends meet as it is.
It also removes disruptive kids from.the system. Which should allow the other kids to focus.
