Arrival I think would be a great choice.

Yeah I definitely agree with this one (but there’s definitely arguments both ways so nice for interpretation). I really enjoyed how May was basically Peter Parker’s (wo)man in the chair in ITSV.
Actually I don’t think this was even a theory. This was the original intent but the studio thought it was too complex for the GA to understand.
Lol okay I’ve never heard of this one . Any links where it’s more in depth?
Oh not a fan of the JarJar one but the life force one is really intriguing. Would’ve been nice to show more hints of that in media such as Rebels, Kenobi, or the comics. Vader slowly forming doubt would also help with his decision to betray him in Jedi.
I just re-watched Signs yesterday after what could be over a decade ago. This time I went in with the perspective of the very popular fan-theory that the aliens were demons the entire time. It really enhanced the movie for me and helped me appreciate the Reverend’s story more. The main theme of the movie should be on his story of believing again after the passing of her wife. The illogical actions of what’s considered very advanced aliens detracted from that and the overall movie suffered from this criticism. The theory of them being demons helped to alleviate and even enhance the movie for me and I enjoyed it far more upon re-watch.
Just to be clear , I’m fairly sure Shyamalan’s intention wasn’t for them to be demons as there are a lot of inconsistencies for that to be true. But if you can look past those issues, the movie becomes far more enjoyable with its theme of faith.
I’m loving it here but yeah hope there’s a bit more engagement. I think the main thing people need to focus on is building up the more common communities. From there we can slowly branch out as more people join. If we spread out too thin we’re just going to get graveyard communities.
As we grow we can focus on expanding and getting more of those niche communities going .
Higher salary, free lunch, commute costs covered. And should be hybrid instead of all five days in the office (Tues-Thurs).
I actually recently got an ROG Ally cause I have prepaid GamePass and felt I was just watching TV instead of playing. I felt so guilty wasting my subscription and watching good games come and go. But once I got the Ally, I’ve been playing more than I ever been since I was a kid. Even when the wife is watching her shows I can just chill with her playing games.
I think chiropractors also fall under this
I just tried and having no issues so far :)
Question as a newbie with revanced, can I log in or will that get my account banned ?
Lol it’s a Good Place reference where they aren’t able to say fuck
This show should go down as one of the best comedies of all time. The way they meshed humor with philosophy and religion was a masterstroke. The ending always gets me to bawl (only About Time was able to replicate that ). The cast all around was perfect. That fucker Michael Schur did it again.
This is the End
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
I love you man
Knocked Up
Rush hour 1/2
Dumb and Dumber
Liar liar
Hangover
Proper final season for the 90s Spider-Man Show. Still my favorite one of all time.
Not sure if soundtrack === score here but I really enjoyed :
Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Pirates of the Caribbean 3
Angels and Demons
Star Trek : Into Darkness
Mass Effect Trilogy. Each game when I initially played had 3-4 careers of 50 hours. This was when one game’s choices affecting another game to this degree was very new so I would be trying many different permutations.
Definitely the case if we include LE later on.
I’ve noticed I haven’t really been enjoying my time on Reddit anymore. Since the shutdown of Apollo, I’ve found simple tasks like search and going to my favorite subreddits a chore.
Discussions inside of the posts also have deteriorated and I feel like I’m seeing way more AI generated content on askreddit and aita etc. Bots have also run rampant on subreddits like interestingasfuck.
Lemmy is reminding me of Reddit from 2010 . Lots of memes, smaller communities with great discussions. Also love it being connected to Mastodon.
What I’ve realized is I’ve just ended up spending more time outside of any of these apps, which might have ended up being a blessing.
Coke Zero hits the spot for me
