I’m subbed to it, it just isn’t that active the way r/sffpc is.
yes. r/SFFPC has not made the jump to the fediverse :(
cus they’re mildly amusing at best and get old quick.
That was good, thank you for sharing!
I agree with you on all points. Sure hope you’re right but there’s A LOT of stupid and gullible folks out there.
That sounds perfect to me!
I’ll have to check it out!
You can do it!
Dunno if that will happen but Lemmy has been great so far!
Very true! Bands you’re looking forward to hearing new music from?
Oh yeah? Why’s that?
I think society is changing, for sure. If that turns into a total collapse, we’ll have to wait and see…
You’ve got this! Exams for what?
I think in essence, streaming is ok. I don’t mind paying for content. Having to pay for content and watch ads though? That there’s some BS.
I’m liking it! Scratches the same itch that Reddit did. Content doesn’t roll in as quickly from my subscriptions as it did on Reddit but I guess I’m into some niche-ish things and it’ll pick up steam eventually(?).
At least every third post isn’t a flagrant ad poorly hidden as “this cool thing I discovered, you might find it cool too!”
I’ve now tried out Memmy, Mlem, and typing this from a recently downloaded Thunder. So far, I’m Digging Mlem since it’s been the closet to Apollo in terms of look and navigation with it’s intuitive use of swiping. Heard Artemis will be integrating something similar so looking forward to trying that as well. I do prefer Memmy’s response options over Mlem’s though. Their text formatting seems more developed.
