Maybe Lemmy should start adding NoAI meta tags to posts and comments like some other websites have started doing for images? Though I doubt it helps that much.
Also, one thing that makes performance very bad is if you have a lot of subscribed communities is “Subscibed” box in front page and profile page, because it needs to get images for all of those.

If you can’t open someones profile, try to find one of their posts/comments and block them from there:

It happens because it thinks that post is from the future. Just some weird bug in kbin posts in Lemmy I think.
It’s a different colour, so it’s just what that user has set as their display name.
