are unity and unreal so different that your 10 years of experience in one isn’t helpful for the other? i’m not a game developer but I had assumed it was similar to web frameworks - definitely high switching costs for porting an existing project, but as a developer looking for a job there are still many portable skills.

Yeah, I know how to force-federation of an existing community – more what I was looking for was a feed of stuff I wouldn’t think I’m interested in but that others are – I get this better from frontpages than a list of communities since it shows actual content.

When I’ve exhausted lemm.ee’s frontpage I usually check lemmy.one’s or beehaw’s and was just wondering if there’s another way to do that.
